Doesn't Greer have to order the mandate before Hino can legally remove the tube? I read that somewhere here tonight.
Information has been flying around so fast! I think that at least one stay--one from last year--expires this afternoon at 1:00. I spent hours looking at documents and articles yesterday, trying to figure this out. But I believe it's 2/22 at 1:00, and that's why they are trying to get a hearing scheduled before 1:00. Postponing things until Wed. wasn't a good idea for anybody because the stay is lifted at that time regardless, I think.
I am also wondering about the "new" stay from Greer, which (as Bob Schindler is quoted as saying) doesn't seem to exist. I saw the document online, but it was neither signed nor dated. Also, the reaction from Felos did not address that. Instead, he seemed to be addressing the Motion for Emergency Stay on the part of the Schindlers that was faxed to his office at 12:30 yesterday.
