Was there any legal action taken regarding this? First it is a violation of the first amendment, second, there are many cases of people surviving only on communion. It was a very popular practice in the Middle Ages. So, if they can be allowed to give her communion, she is less likely to starve and if they refuse her communion, it becomes a legal issue as to her freedom of religion.

Terri's parents motions were REJECTED regarding Terri's religious freedom, rejected by J. Greer and rejected on appeal. The Pope is a nobody in the Fla courts. The Pope makes a clear distinction between natural death and euthanasia/dehydration/starvation.

Religious freedoms DENIED, DENIED, DENIED. If you would like to see some of the filings, they are at www.terrisfight.org.

KEEP IN MIND THAT TERRI HAS NEVER HAD HER OWN ATTORNEY. George Felos represents husband Michael and Atty Gibbs represents Terri's pareants. TERRI HAS NEVER HAD HER OWN ATTORNEY - ANOTHER VIOLATION OF THE LAW.

Judge Greer is acting as her guardian and judge which is also a VIOLATION. The only time a Judge can act as guardian is if they are "related to the ward". Greer is NOT related to Terri.

See why we keep fighting? We are fighting ignorance of the law by the bench.
