The stay granted by Judge Greer expires tomorrow (Feb 22). This means that Michael can remove Terri's feeding tube.

However, the 2nd District Court of Appeals hasn't issued their mandate to remove the tube yet. According to Felos, Schiavo can't remove it until he receives the mandate. The mandate will probably be issued between now and Wednesday.

Greer is a coward for pushing this to Wednesday. I'll pray extra hard that he get some courage from the Holy Spirit. He obviously needs it.

Thanks, amdgmary ... I read on another thread (from the Orlando Sentinel, I believe) that the stay will be lifted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, if I remember correctly.

The Schindler family were to be in court today ... has this happened?
