I have been accused of being a Keyboard Cowboy, and I have responded with "I will compare my Rap Sheet with yours"

Sir You have me beat, and I agree punk ass Gangs are merely weeds that need weeding, and I hear they make good fertilizer.

My rap sheet is pretty much public record as are my appeals (I did a little over six years when my original sentence was 13). I do not get completely off of my parole until May of next year.

In fact today I got this delightful little letter from my parole officer:

Dear Mr. ******:

The DNA Analysis Backlog Elimination Act of 2000 requires the collection of DNA (blood sample and fingerprints) from certain Federal Offenders who are on Federal supervision. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 203(b) and 203(c) of Public Law 108-405 (118 Stat 2260) which amends 42 USC 14135a(d)(1) and 10 USC 1565(d), the list of Federal and Military offenses that qualify for collection of a DNA sample has been expanded under the Justice for All Act of 2004. Based on your prior criminal conduct, you are now required to participate in the collection of DNA.

Failure to cooperate is a Class misdemeanor, 42 USC 14135(a), punishable by no more than 1 year imprisonment and/or a $100,000 fine and will be promptly reported to the Court. Therefore, your conditions of supervision now require that you submit to DNA testing in compliance with Federal law (18 USC 3565(a) & 3583(d)). Additionally you will be required to show a picture identification at time of submission.

Collection will be completed by a trained medical professional, and the process should not be lengthy. Be prepared by drinking plenty of water and eating a good meal before your appointment time. Your appointment has been scheduled for 02/03/2005 at 8:45 am at the address listed below.

San Angelo Tom Green County Health Department, 2 City Hall Plaza, San Angelo Texas 76902

What has really pissed me off about this is I live 70 miles away from San Angelo and operate my own business. I do not have anyone coming in on that day so I will have to close for at least half a day to comply. Oh well, a little over one more year left on my parole and I will be done.
