Aw bless her heart. Is this the one where they suspect the husband?

Sad story. I have been to this marina. Think I will stay away now.

Hubby shoved her into the water.

I don't think they suspected him because he took a lie detector test and passed. They did question him though. It seems he was very cooperative but I can't say for sure.

They found her about 30 yards from his boat though. So I don't know if he is still a suspect or not.

I hope that made sense.

It was pretty haunting the other night when her friend was interviewed and said something to the effect of, if anything happens to me, it was him.

You are probably right. Although, he didn't act like Scott Peterson. He actually seemed pretty credible, IMO. Of course, you never know these days.

It probably was him since she was found about 30 yards from his boat. Who knows?!

Oh, yeah, for anyone not following this story before now, she is from Georgia.

I think they said Cindy and her husband lived on the boat.

Greta just spoke to her daughter. That was heartbreaking!

Is this the one where they suspect the husband?

They always suspect the hubby, even if he's innocent.

I believed Scott until Amber came along and showed that he was capable of extreme lying.

They always suspect the hubby, even if he's innocent.

And aren't they becoming few and far between, too many men killing their wives lately.

I never did believe Scott Peterson. lol!

This one has me stumped though. He seemed somewhat credible in his demeanor. I want to see him now after they found the body.

Thanks!

On Jan. 18, Lynch and her husband, Chet, got into a fight. Cindy Lynch left the couple's Thunderbolt yacht around 9 p.m. to get some air. She never came back, police said.

A security guard last saw Lynch around 11 p.m. in the parking lot of the Thunderbolt Marina.

Thunderbolt police, GBI agents, divers and a sonar boat continue to comb the Wilmington River, looking for any sign of Lynch. A state Department of Natural Resources helicopter flew a photographer over the river to document every inch from the air, police said.

Family friends, including divers and a private investigator, are also searching.

Cindy Lynch recently confided that she and her husband were experiencing problems. She even talked with Chet's ex-wives, said Joyce Toulson, Cindy's mother.

"She told me, in case anything happens to me, you should contact the police or sheriff," Toulson said. "She was scared. There were little things that made her feel not good - but they're still together."
