These people who refuse to see the problem (as plain as a third eye would be if it suddenly popped up between your eyebrows) usually have a stake in what happens. They may be immigration attorneys, business owners wanting cheap labor, farmers such as the one Rush was talking to, those hiring the illegal nannies, gardeners etc. Follow the money. Follow the money. Follow the money. You can bet on it- Someone is in danger of losing or spending more money.
Farmers who can't afford to pay Americans who would harvest the crop for a decent wage need to downsize or buy harvesting machines. More and more machines are doing these jobs. I would like to see smaller farmers who have been driven out of business by big farming companies get back in the game.
The bottom line is Mexico needs to take care of its own. The Mexican government is telling its citizens how to invade a friendly neighboring country, how to break the the rules of that country, what to do if they are caught and reminding them to send the money back home. We are in the simplest terms being attacked and pillaged. We took care of Afganistan and Iraq, and we can take care of Mexico.
The bottom line is we have citizens "maimed and wounded" by
foreigners right here at home. We need to help our own citizens. We need to force our government to protect us and follow the laws already on the books.
