I believe I had this exact same thing this weekend. 24 hours of dizziness, mental disconnectedness, and diahrea. It was awful. I had never felt that way before, and if it wasn't for the stomach problems, I might have thought I was having a stroke or something.
I wish her well, seriously. Unlike many, or most, on FR, I dont hate my opposition. I leave that for the idiots on DU.
