Forced savings with no interest? I have my withholdings set to hit $0. return or pay the feds a little bit. Anyone getting a large return on an ongoing basis is a fool with their income.

Some people are like that. I also have mine set so I have to pay in when I file and I've never understood it, but the ones I've talked to gave that reason.
