Re: Form 180 - I was wrong - Apparently I heard Russert first bring it up. Where the flip was when he reluctantly agreed to sign the 180 - No conditions. Ten seconds later he was placing the condition that all of his accusers sign the same form, implying that as a condition of his own release. Here's the link to the transcript Tonkin provided:
