I think withdrawing and surrendering the public school system to this tiny minority is a) the wrong answer and b) a scandal against democracy and majority rule.
Purge the schools of these defilers of children, both the libidinous ones and the clever ones, which I think these "authorities" are. That's the right answer. Like it says in the Book of Kings, there is a time for everything -- which implies that there is indeed a time for flaming swords.

I think you're talking about a difficult and time consuming task, and the delay this purge will take will be far too long if it's even possible. I say "if it's even possible" because many parents are apathetic, don't care, don't see a problem or want somebody else to fight the battles.
Besides that, this issue is not the only problem with public schools. Our kids get a rigorous custom tailored classical education, more-so than any school (public or private) could even think about providing. I don't want to offend too many people so I won't comment further here. ;-)

I think you mean Ecclesiastes 3:1. :-) But you're right, there's a time for everything, and there's no time such as the current time to take our flaming swords to the public school system.
