If they have a consistant reputation for getting drunk and disruptive and causing fights ? Yes. Absolutely.
For the last 10,000 years civilians have been dissing the military.
And for 10,000 years mothers have been outraged because of it and men in uniform have held their heads up high and walked elsewhere.
Or went in anyway and busted the place up. :-)
There isn't a vet on this board who hasn't been through this.

The way this thread starts out it makes it sound like it was liberal trash at the bar spitting in the eye of people in the military. If that is the case, I will surely pick up the phone and give them a ration. But if it is for some other reason, a mistake, an error in juddgement by the bar, then we need more detail.
FR ought not become a place to just jump to it on a call to action without verification and details. Raycpa post was not an unreasonable suggestion.
I think they should be treated with respect until they do something that suggests otherwise.
