Congratulations to Poland's champion skier Malysz. He came out ahead of the Finnish and Norwegian competitors - that's pretty spectacular!

It's nothing new, he won three times World Cup, silver and bronze medal at the Olympic games, about three gold medals in the World Championship etc. Unfortunately other Poles are worthless, so our national team is rather weak.

Other team mates of Malysz are not necessarily worthless, perhaps they have not yet reached their peak performance.

Maybe not worthless, but they are really weak. We even imported Austrian coaches, but it didn't help too much.

We must have better general ski-jumping system, it isn’t surprise me at all that Kuttin isn’t able to create good team. Malysz is world class, Mateja improved in this season but he is old and average right now. Most of the team is very young and isn’t not ready for World Cups but they have some perspectives. Look for young Fins and Austrians, they jumped well one season and now completely forget how to jump, something similar like with Malysz in the beginning of his carrier. IMO for average team we must wait at least 4 years, with foreign trainer of course! There was more than –10C in Zakopane today, that is why spectators jumped with so high vigor all the time during the competition. hehe
