This is a beautiful, historic day.

I recall when millions of Californians said the same exact thing the day after we voted for and passed prop 187. It would have ended the endless tax paid support of millions of criminal illegal aliens in our country.

The feds working in concert with state hacks and a fed judge, burned our ballots and declared our historic free election illegal. The results of that government action can now be seen from Vegas to Georgia.

You're are bad as a liberal; sorry you're unhappy that Bush is successful!

Strange, all you can think of is how Bush will look or appear here. How odd.

Yup, I remember Bush speaking out against our free, historic election here in Cal, before he became president. Not long after, they burned our ballots and declared our free election illegal.

On a different note, a poster on another thread compared this election in Iraq to the former Soviet Union and the Iron Curtain Curtain.

I kinda laughed since this little backwards country filled with dark age religious fanatics was clearly never a direct threat to the United States like the former Soviet Union was. Not even close or in the same league.

Sad part about this Iraq thing is whoever gets elected, will probably be killed within weeks. Would anyone be surprised? Hell, I would suggest when we leave this country, we leave behind a tank fitted with additional armor, just so he can go out in public.

Cheers!

I said Bush's strategy was successful.

Quite simply put: he was right and you, as usual, are wrong.

Leave it to you to find something to carp about on this glorious day. IMO, you actively LOOK for the worst in every situation.

Very, very telling. What a SOUR person you are.

Those dark age religious fanatics are electing a secular government. Doesn't quite fit your stereotype.

Interesting how you parse your words: "never a DIRECT threat"--I guess if Saddam got his pals in the UN to drop sanctions, as the DUmmies and probably you wanted, he would suddenly just DROP the terrorist support he was giving while restricted, and WOULDN'T expand his attempts to get WMD, WOULDN'T expand his attempts to kill Americans (Bush 41 IS an American, whether you like it or not) and WOULDN'T make an alliance with the terrorists who would love to put together WMD attacks against the US?

Your crybaby attitude about the 187 vote is embarassing. Sorry Bush didn't support your pet vote--not that he had any power over it, but you seem to forget that-- but to then become a reactionary on everything the guy does after that is a very simplistic, reductionist way of thinking. Good thing he doesn't share your narrow view of the world, or we might be typing these posts through protective gear. Have a nice day! :)
