Not only did they walk, but some walked by gutters running with blood for their chance to vote.
While at risk of increasing that flow with their own I might add.

Yes, they certainly showed the face of courage to tyranny.
Jonah Goldberg over at National Review made the point that the Iraqis needed a victory that they could claim as thier own in all this.
I think they have it.
