"We were on FoxNews (Southgate Michigan) HUGE lines of turn-out in the election:) This is a great day!!"

As CarolinaMom said on another thread: this is a seismic event!

He is crowing about how he was right about Iraq. Is he always this pompous or is he angling for another shot at the presidency.

I'll be waiting for the National Organization of Women to hold a press conference expressing their solidarity with these brave Iraqi women and condemning the mullahs in Iran for subjugating half their population.

About thirty people have been killed but the violence has been way below what anyone expected.

Bush was alot closer to winning three more states.
But I don't expect any media types to point that out to him. Why are we still dealing with this guy, anyway?

I can't understand how anybody can look at the smiles and tears of joy on the Iraqis' faces and say the war was unjustified.

Everybody deserves freedom. As an American, I can't even imagine how intolerable life must be without it. I have heard stories of the tyranny from Iraqis that my mind can't quite grasp because I can sympathize but I cannot relate.

After my experiences here, may I never take the freedom I was born into by the grace of God for granted.

That'll happen right after Robert Byrd has Condi Rice over to his house for dinner.

Is [Kerry] always this pompous or is he angling for another shot at the presidency.

Yes and Yes.

BTW, he's saying he was right about Iraq? Huh? I thought it was the wrong war in the wrong place at the wrong time.

We may have our 'broken glass' voters but in Iraq everybody who showed up are "exploding greande" voters.

Russert is actuall asking him about Christmas in Cambodia and the magic hat.

He is sticking to his guns. Claiming he can document it with photos. HE has also called for the man in the magic hat to come forward and clear him.

Its almost a Saturday Night Live skit.

Now he is claiming he will sign a form 180.

Something like 33 dead, 8-9 attacks, and 1 c-130 British down but we don't know the specifics.

I went to sleep late last night with the Fox News Channel on, and slowly woke up this morning to beautiful news! God bless the Iraqi people. God bless our courageous troops. God bless George W. Bush.

Just a note to those who occasionally post with anger or hate against anyone who is Muslim. The vast majority of the people we are praiseing for going out and claiming their freedom by risking their lives -- are Muslim (even the Kurds). Thus, our task has to be to sort out the Muslims we can work with from those who are our enemies -- not to condemn all Muslims.

Good morning to you :) The figures I've heard are: 45 Iraqis have been killed in different attacks throughout the day. 5 US soldiers were wounded, but thankfully the injuries aren't life threatening. And a British C-130 has crashed north of Baghdad, cause uknown.

Bush was alot closer to winning three more states.

Actually, he STILL could win Wisconsin! Now that the feds are investigating Milwaukee fraud, I wouldn't be a bit surprised to learn Bush won by 10,000 votes there.
