With a straight face, Kerry just told Russert that the US had "spurned" offers by the UN THREE TIMES to send troops and training to Iraq.
I seem to remember the UN running like scared rabbits when a bomb exploded in their headquarters in Baghdad.
Why didn't Russert ask one question of Kerry about that incident?
