Illegal workers of Northrop Grumman subcontractor are arrested (Newport News shipyard)
Two illegal workers for a subcontractor of Northrop Grumman Newport News were arrested Friday for using fake documents to obtain work at the shipyard, the nations sole builder of nuclear-powered carriers.
Sang Bok Lee and Sang Han Yang are charged with falsely representing themselves as U.S. citizens to a subcontractor at Northrop Grumman. Court records say they are from Korea, but the paperwork does not specify whether it is North or South Korea. If convicted, they face a maximum of three years in prison and a fine. A preliminary hearing scheduled for Monday afternoon was postponed until Thursday.
Authorities said they were searching for a third suspect Monday. That individuals identity was not released.

"Lee and Yang each posted $5,000 bond Monday and were released following a hearing in U.S. District Court in Norfolk. No details of the case were discussed during Mondays brief court appearance. "
I bet we'll never see them again.
Whose bright idea was this, so release them on such low bond.
They could be N. Korean spies, for all we know.
GGRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. Is the subcontractor still working for Northrop Grumman Newport News, may I ask?
