Re: style of the press blurb. "place or location" seems redundant and affected to me. Is there a difference, or should the HSD concentrate on clarity and efficiency?

IMO- Because Al Qeada is the only one that know's the where and when, it doesn't matter to me how the HSD puts it out there. I do think the sleeper cells here in the US just got a wake up call though.
