It is now 3 am in Iraq the polls will be opening in the next few hours as the world watches and hold's it breath. Iraq is about to undertake a historic vote.
Lets wish them well....... please post all comments and election photos to this thread.
I believe that's true. Allawi knows a phoney loser he doesn't need to waste time on when he sees one.
Allawi just said--in his interview with Geraldo--that calls for US withdrawal of troops was unfortunate. Betcha he doesn't want to meet with Kennedy anytime soon!
I was thinking of 2001 but you're right on Tommy, he'd be a good choice.
That is my very first concern. God bless those brave men and women allowing Democracy to take place.
Glad you reminded me. I'll just go unplug the VCR ...
and every guest Chrissy had on lately has started out his sentence with..."no Chris, you are wrong about that". None of the military men or analyst agreed with his piss poor analysis
Oops, must have heard someone shooting, helmet back on!!!
At least he is only telling us he is in a small town west of Baghdad, instead of drawing a map this time!!!
Seriesly, though, Geraldo has the wrong political views(too left) and he is very melodramatic, but, just like Oliver North, he puts himself right in the middle of everything. He doesn't just sit at a desk in the Green Zone and bad-mouth the whole war! Good for him, and safe home, for he and his cameraman!!!
He says he was there after the first war. Yet another lie that went unchallenged.
He also said they have an "agenda". Even Iraqis have the Dims figured out.
Yup. Seems to me I read he did
That word, "unfortunate", gets used a lot by politicians. It's a diplospeak substitute for "you lying sack of *hit!"
LOL
and the filtering of sunlight that comes in little streams is like you are in heaven
Geraldo's ego thanks you.
I will always remember how Kerry insulted Allawi last September when Allawi addressed a joint session of Congress. Kerry went on the campaign trail instead of spending a few hours in DC, then Kerry set up a little (tiny) presser where he said some very derogatory things about Iraq and our situation, etc.
I am glad to hear that Allawi has the presence to refuse to give Kerry the time of day.
LOL with you!!!
prarie! I can't believe that came out of your mouth, fofl! : )
Geraldo's ego
That really happens? I thought that was from the wine I drank in Sonoma...
I would LOVE to see a private meeting between Allawi and Kennedy..............wouldn't you??
Oh, you're SICK! That's hilarious.
