Good point just made on Fox. Today was a big put up or shut up day for the terrorists and so far it's been a pretty lousy day for them.

The Dems will declare the elections invalid on those grounds alone.

Election official assists 65 year old Salha Omar with election ink as she casts her ballot at a polling station in downtown Erbil, Iraq , Sunday, Jan. 30. 2005. My last picture post until later in the day...

An Iraqi disabled man arrives at a polling station on a donkey cart to cast his vote in the country's second largest city of Basra, January 30, 2005.

After all car movements were prohibited, thousands of Iraqis make a trip on foot to the town of Al Alamara, Iraq (news - web sites), to place their votes Sunday, Jan. 30 2005. Iraqis turned out to vote Sunday in their country's first free election in a half-century, defying insurgents who launched deadly suicide bombings and mortar strikes at polling stations. By midday, at least 29 people were dead but the violence had slowed and voting picked up.(AP Photo / Daily Mirror/James Vellacott /Pool)

Longer than the people in Ohio that dems decried so loudly.

The Iraqis don't seem to having a hard time finding their polling place either. No hanging chads for them. Liberals are just too stupid to vote.

It's great to see the Iraqi people voting. Looks like there have been a good turnout: indeed in Baqouba -in the Sunni Triangle- there are lines. GO IRAQ!

Yeah, so now they're taking it out on us. That's OK; judging by the noises we've just heard, I'm willing to bet that a bunch of virgins in Paradise are about to have gentlemen callers.

It's quiet out there now. Nice try, creeps. Chalk one up for freedom.

I wish President Bush would come out and congratulate Iraqi voters this morning...at the same time that sKerry appears on the Tim Russert doom and gloom hour.

Let Freedom Reign!

I wonder who's more disappointed today? The thugs in Iran or the Dems?

I am going to be sick. On CNN they just can't say that this was a success and they just showed a flag draped coffin w/ the title "The cost of the war".

WHY CAN'T THEY LEARN THAT FREEDOM IS GOOD.

Before I went to bed I read the email posted here from a US soldier requesting prayer, whose duty is to protect these voting machines and ballots. The election isn't over and the ballots are not yet safely counted. Please keep this day and event surrounded by prayer (as requested.)

I think that aleady happened. The position has been targeted, fired on and then the noise stopped rather abrubtly. That ususally means fewer terrorists in the world.

Thanks for all the pictures. I went to bed early last night, knowing I'd wake up at the crack of dawn...couldn't wait to get online and see what was happening. Praise God! He is great indeed.
