Can't you just picture Kerry and Kennedy, Levin and Boxer just sitting in front of the TV and holding their heads in their hands and saying---dang, first he wins the election, and somehow he has managed to get elections in Iraq----
what do you think will be the dem talking points tomorrow if things keep up at this rate?
I guess it will be up to Kerry to deliver on MTP---Condi Rice is going to be on Fox---don't know about the other shows.

I've read many times that his real name is Jerry Rivers. Is that a joke?

"Why is CNN showing montages of year old bombings and insurgent activity?"
Because this was maybe their last chance to crush Bush's place in history.
The fire is going out, they've broken up and burned all the furniture, and all that's left to burn are the clothes on their backs.

But what are the exit polls showing??? A resounding Kerry victory and as we all know those polls are never wrong.

Man, can you imagine the chief muckety mucks in those other countries watching this, and their "subjects" mumbling "If THEY can do this...?" What my poli sci department head would have called "the revolution of rising expectations"--
And what we here call an avalanche that will bury the mullahflackers.

The Texas Hombre believes in the power of freedom to transform people's lives for the better - and so do I. We're witnessing history being made in Iraq... in the face of all the pessimism and doom and gloom from the legacy media. Incredible!

Isn't there speculation that Allawi will actually lose in the election?I hadn't heard about that, so I cannot give you a definitive answer either way. :)

Geraldo in the middle of an interview lets us know his wife is pregnant. (I am trying hard not to let him irritate me, but he really is quite the grandstander.)
I dozed off and woke up a bit. Looks like things are going pretty well so far.
To: Allegra
Yes, Allegra, your script is out of date.
Doncha know Kerry is the projected winner? Surely that Zogby guy is over there giving you the exit poll data!

My wife and I are sitting on the couch and reading your message after we had just held hands and prayed also that God would be with the brave Iraqi men and women, and our brave soldiers. Still marveling at their nerves of steel. And wondering out loud if we would be so brave in the same situation.
To: goldstategop
The terrorist insurgents have been pathetic so far. Their threats haven't fazed people and its awesome to see ordinary people realizing they have the power to take their country back .. Yes. This is amazing to see. When push comes to shove the Iraqis are defying the terrorists and going for Democracy in spite of the threats. I love it!
So much for the nay-sayers who claimed we were "forcing" democracy on people who didn't want it.
