I don't understand what Shelley's problem is. Shelley is a scumbag, right? And the scumbags control the legislature. So won't the scumbags simply give the guy a pass regardless of what the Republicans want?

Problem with Shelley is, the stench is getting worse for him day by day. And while Dims will try to shield Shelley as much as they can, there is just so much the scumbags in the legislature can do before the stench spreads to them.
