What is more real, your house and lot, or the deed to the house and lot in the Recorder's Office? They're both real enough, depending on the "context." If someone is disputing my title, then access to the deed in the Recorder's Office would seem to come in handy.
There are levels of context, as extended Mandelbrot level theory says. The higher level, the more real level, is the legal world. Your lot is neatly trimmed and your house is freshly painted, but your eyes lie if they say that is just as real as the deed.
What is 'real'? It is something we do, isn't it?
