If you actually read the policy, it's making things tougher on gays in the company because it includes their relationships in the company's conflicts of interest regulations whereas before they didn't have to be worried about being subject to that. However it's still a formal corporate recognition (filed with the SEC no less!) of same-sex and other non-marriage relationships. A big surprise to me, coming from this red-state favorite Wal-Mart. I mean, after a while, if I boycott everyone doing this kind of thing, I'll have nowhere left to shop.

My Uncle's sister is a lesbo assistant manager at Wal Mart. I understand she's ecstatic.

better for them to get ahead of the lawsuits in those states that would have been filed.

When Wal-Mart does over to the other side, is there any hope left?

Wal-Mart caving into the queer agenda. Sad!

I wonder if Wal-Mart will change their little smily face from yellow to pink?

This'll be the first of many stores, major or kind of large, to cave into the gay agenda.

Oh yes, I remember it well. Those fanatics had it exactly right.

When Wal-Mart does over to the other side, is there any hope left? Wal-Mart did not do this in order to validate same-sex relationships. They did it to protect themselves from insider trading issues.

Well, there is the old law of unintended consequences. It's a smart policy. Wal-Mart is getting ahead of the curve on insider trading issues. This action in no way benefits the gay community.

Yes she would, unless the Uncle is married to the family member. My mother's brother's wife is my aunt, but her sister or brother is not my relative.

I understand their reasoning but it will read like one more victory for the homosexual agenda. Oh well.

My mother's brother's wife is my aunt, Not true. Legally she is your aunt by marriage.

NO! He is my Uncle by marriage (he married my father's sister), so HIS sister is not my aunt.
