Kennedy keeps getting reelected in Massachusetts because the majority of the state population lives in Cambridge, where the neolib schools are located (ie Harvard, MIT, etc). I'm not entirely convinced they're not allowing out of state students to vote, mainly because we have a Republican governor here. Doesn't make sense to me. In the past election, and I live on the New Hampshire border, the number of Bush/Cheney signs far out numbered the Kerry/Edwards signs. At least there is sanity in the rural areas.

Hi verity ... I'm with you. My wife and I are moving to New Mexico. Dem governor, but at least they don't have Kennedy and Kerry! At least I can leave knowing Townsend (where I live now) voted for President Bush.

These people are severely brain damaged. First, all we hear is we don't have enough boots on the ground. We need more troops. At least another hundred thousand. Now it's, we need to pull out 12,000 right after the election. what losers

Republican Congressmen should be introducing a resolution condemning Kennedy and supporting the troops.

Bump!

The best thing that can happen for the Democrats is heavy losses of our troops in Iraq. Teddy and Al Qaeda are rooting for the same thing.

Don't you just wish more Americans would wake up to these leftists in our midst?

The ____ attitude toward the American occupation forces has swung from apathy and surface friendliness to active dislike. According to a military government official, this is finding expression in the organization of numerous local anti-American organizations throughout the zone and in a rapid increase in the number of attacks on American soldiers. There were more such attacks in the first week of October than in the preceding five months of the occupation, this source declared. This official views the situation as so serious that he and others are protesting the withdrawal of 1,600 experienced military-government officers from the _____ governments on township, county and regional levels between Nov. 1 and Dec. 15."

The excerpt above was from Life Magazine, 1946. Where the blanks are, I took out German. Otherwise, this would have been written last week by the liberal media. They just keep repeating the same thing over and over ...

" Oh how I long for the days of B-1 Bob Dornan! LOL '

Didn't B-1 get into a dust up with someone on the House floor ?
The pampered poodles we have now apparently can't summon the energy to even raise their eyebrows at Kennedy's treason.
I await any signs of life from the Republican side of the aisle.

I'd just like to see Dubya, or at the very least, Bill Frist come out and take Teddy down a couple of notches. There has to be some type of response to this moron.

"... Ted Kennedy specializes in cutting and running. Just ask Mary Jo Kopechne"

OUCH!! I hope that one hurt - but I doubt the pickled Kennedy felt it.

Few decades ago I watched a TV special that investigated Mary Jo's death. They said the car was lying on the bottom, trunk tilted upward. Mary Jo's body was found curled up in the back window, were the last air pocket would be, showing she was trapped alive for awhile. Kennedy didn't report the accident til morning. And if I remember clearly the car was only submerged in about 4 feet of water.

Just another Marxist monster.

I believe they have more class than that. They'll just replay his speech back to the Dems during the next election, when Iraq is officially a democratic country.

WE considered NM, you can buy a ton of home for small bucks and I love the open spaces. But alas, the wife has family in the N.E..

Good luck to you.

Ted Kennedy is the perfect poster child for Today's Elected Democrats. We can call them TEDs. Can you imagine that big body with a huge T-shirt with TED in huge letters across the front with (Todays Elected Democrats) in smaller letters beneath the large letters.

My wife grew up in NE and is REALLY wanting to move. If we weren't ready before, 3 feet of snow convinced us.

Oh I'm sure he did...I remember fondly those late nights that I couldn't sleep for whatever reason and seeing him go on and on, on CSPAN on the floor of the House! He was a piece of work! LOL
And who do we have now?
Sanchez...talk about "there goes the neighborhood"...what a POS she is...

The rural areas of NM are very conservative.

It is only Sante Fe and various vaction spots that tilt the state even vaguely Dim.

Plus, name another state so un-PC you can buy "Old Firewater" whiskey at the Wal-Mart closest to an Indian reservation.
