Nope--her boyfriend did not see a gun and pushed past, thinking that she was behind him. She evidently saw the gun and made the remark that cost her life.
Actually the article says that the fiance did not see the gun and tried to push past, not her.
DiD YOU read the article? It says nothing of the kind. It says her fiance, not realizing the mugger had a gun tried to push past. He was pistol-whipped for his efforts.
According to the story, she then asks, "What are you going to do, shoot us?", after the mugger tries to grab her girlfriend's purse.
Where does it say she did not realize there was a gun?
Why would she ask such a question if she had not seen a gun?
