Bush's comments that he "loathes" North Korean leader Kim Jong-il and calling him a "pygmy" do not bode well for statesmanlike negotiations, or any negotiations.

When and where did President Bush make the comment, attributed to him above? Can someone name a verifiable source for this supposed statement?

In an interview with Bob Woodward, he said he "loathes" Kim Jong-il (for his brutal oppression.)

"Pygmy" thing came up during a separate off-handed informal conversation.
