How does the President's Plan stop illegal immigration? If we do everything the President wants, how will we keep people from entering illegally in the future. The amnesty in the 1980's did nothing to stop the flow of illegals. I'm all for legal immigration because we are a country of immigrants, but the open borders must stop.

How does the President's Plan stop illegal immigration? By filling the demand for labor with legal immigrants. If there are no jobs for the illegals they will not come.
