Just as not all Christians follow every word of the bible, niether do all Muslims, so a few quotes don't really mean anything. Kill the islamofascists and the rest of us can live together. This is not a religious war, that is what Bin Laden wants everyone to believe. The American people will not fall into that trap, even if you have.

You miss the point. Islam and nation are the same. There is not Christian nation. Meaning the religious beliefs of Islam are fused together with the policy of leadership in Islamic nations. Christians can wish violence on others all they want - but they do not have the power to carry it out without the power of the law against them. Islamists are given that power.
So now this is not a war of religions. But it is a war of cultures. Also Christian extremism is rarely held together in any organizational manner. Most Christian extremists are on their own. However extreme Islam is well organized and is so numerous to be terrifying. It took 21 men to kill 3000 people. There are 9 million illegal immigrants in the United States.
