I agree, they're gruesome excuses for human beings. It was horrible enough that they killed another human being but they dismembered her too! Sick evil garbage.

I believe that that option was recently shot down by SCOTUS. Don't exactly know the ages, but I think perps have to be 18 to get the death penalty.
