Everyone is a bit shocked. Murder is fairly rare around here. When it happens it's likely gang/drug related, domestic disputes, etc. The usual stuff that doesnt often make you look twice.
I havent heard much of anything about the murderers other than what you've seen on the news sites.
Everyone has been saying the victim was a nice girl. I met a young teen at my mothers store who apparently went to the same school as the victim and had a crush on her. He probably wasnt the only one and Adrianne's popularity may have been Kolbs motive.

Yes, I heard about ICP many years ago. I thought then that they would soon be history. They have always seemed very fake and "put on" to me. I imagine their songwriting as brainstorming sessions on how to best offend their customers parents. Then all their little "juggalos" race to the store to eat it up while ICP laughs all the way to the bank.
By the way, yourmomonline.com has to have the most annoying advertising campaign here in the QC. On adverts, the O in Mom is an open mouth with the following slogan, "everybody's checkin' out your mom". The first time I seen it was in the adverts before a movie starts at the local theater. Now imagine going to a family film with your Mother during Christmas and you'll know how I felt. :P

Are there many Goth kids up there?
There seems to be more and more these days. I started actually seeing them around town after Marilyn Manson hit his peak about 5-6 years ago. There may not be many but you notice the few you see. Especially when they're wearing dark heavy clothing under black trenchcoats in the middle of summer.
I also seen a few kids all made up in ICP makeup hanging out with the rest of the teenagers at a park near my place. It wasnt Halloween. Now that was entertainment. They did a pretty good job.

Fortunately, I only had to take 3 or so tests there about 8 years ago. If I had failed the tests then I would've had to attend classes there. It was still an alternative school then. You didnt see too many smiles walking through the place.
