"...the charts were very deficient..." How do you determine when charts are deficient? Do they put a special symbol on them, like a big "D", for "deficient"?

How do you determine when charts are deficient? I would have thought that the charts for a 500 mile radius around Guam would be perfect.

This is exactly why I wanted the "expert" to look it up himself and read all of the relative posts. Since when is that too damn much to ask??
