You may not be aware of the history of the Maryland State Flag. Check out the origin and history ... especially as it relates to the red and white botany cross. As a fellow Marylander, I'm sure you are completely fed up with all of the leftist garbage we are force-fed all the time. This is more of the same. I happen to cherish my southern heritage, but this goes beyond that. Based on principal alone you should be opposed to history revisionism and flag censorship. Where will it end? As stainlessbanner indicated, "Maryland, my Maryland" has a history that is not in line with the teachings of the intolerant left. Could it be next?
