There is the concept of fightin' words.
God himself rides around in the patrol car with me.
Thats some serious backup.
Tell that to the cops in Panama City Beach when they force the kids to put away those "Show us your t*ts" signs and writings on their windows. I saw it happen when I was there years ago. I'm pretty sure some cities do have obscene behavior laws.
