It was also Clinton who initiated the "no pictures of coffins" issue - it was not the Bush admin. It wasn't Clinton. It was a Bush admin -- the first one. Prior to the Gulf War.

I don't think so .. I think it's an Executive Order which Clinton wrote because of the bodies from Kosovo or Bosnia or one of his messes. If you check the EO's you'll find it was Clinton and NOT THE FIRST BUSH.
