Well, 9/11 was a long time ago and the debt has gotten a whole lot worse. Maybe Limbaugh needs to start telling us the truth, not just going along with this spend and spend administration.

It used to be dems who liked to spend our tax dollars, it appears the GOP is far outpacing them. We need to let them know we're tired of this out-of-control spending and we want them to reign these guys in!

Don't count on GW to use his veto power. It's not his money, it's ours.

I agree. Just a reminder of the good work he does. Nicely written though! Where did you get the research material? Hope ya get his mention, if not a spot on his show!

Now let's not start this. I really didn't write it for recognition. But I know you know that. In regards to research, I'll never tell where the sun don't shine. :)

We all go through life, meaning to thank someone, then realize too late, that we failed to do so.

Conservatism is easy. It is living under tried and true rules and ethics that have proven to be real and effective frm thousands of years of experience. Examples that have been proven to work: capitalism, discipline, personal responsibility, monogamy, hetero-sex, honesty, phonics, unity over diversity, mommies that stay at home with their children, working to earn a living, earning self esteem through effort. Liberalism is exactly the opposite. To be a liberal you must first throw out all the wisdom ever passed down from the sages and adopt every cockamamie, kook theory that comes along. Examples that have proven that DO NOT work: socialism, communism, whole word reading, diversity, homo-sex, free love, welfare, the ends justifying the means, unearned self esteem, abortion, avoidance of responsibility.

A fitting tribute to one of the all-time great Americans! Rush has done more to advance the cause of conservatism than anyone I know. The uniqueness of his style is just a beautiful thing to behold. Those who are put off by what they interpret as too much ego fail to see the delightful humor and tremendous wit that Rush uses in sharing his wisdom. I am forever indebted to him for he not only makes the complex understandable, but he makes it memorable as well. Thank you for recognizing a true American hero.

Yes,, that is what some people say about Rush, that he is " SO MUCH OF HIMSELF " or " HE IS ARROGANT " that it turns them off. However ? like you said, you need to listen to him and understand his ( I am sorry I don't know how this is spelled , but, STHICK ? you know , his way of doing things, or his own style ) .
Most of us who have listen to Rush over the years know that his " Perceived " arrogance , is not arrogance / cockiness/ conceit/ defiance / or pride in the face of GOD or towards decent ordinary people who love this country. His perceived arrogance is not towards God or decent people, but ? his playful ( STHICK ) arrogance and defiance is in the face of LIBERALISEM , the liberals/democrats/communist socialist/feminist/the gay agenda/ those who hate America.

I thank you, no wonder I could not figure out how to spell it, it could be spelled 2 different ways.
Some get on me about my spelling, but, hey ? I am doing the best I can. Even Rush misspells words deliberately or mis pronouncing of words on his show , it makes those proper pronunciation, correct spelling freaks cringe.
Rush slang, Edumacation, correct spelling Education. There are somethings in life more important than CORRECT SPELLING, so get over it..... I am sure we can use many " Slang Words " for the liberals and democrats.
