I don't smoke & never have. My grandfather smoked cigars & worked everyday in a smoke-filled tavern until he was about 90. I have a 55-ish neighbor who is trim & used to jog everyday. He never smoked. He now is walking with a cane after having a stroke. The doctors told him he caught some virus that affected his heart - he caught it while jogging.
