Nobody "has" to choose McDonalds. Go to the store, buy groceries and make a dang sandwich. This lazy-ass nonsense coming from these spoiled brats (where are the parents regulating their diet?) who eat and don't exercise, and then blame a restaurant?? We all know that is plain old stupid, and this case should have been thrown out and the lawyers fined for bad advice to clients and filing a frivolous suit.

You might be on to something here. If they're adults, it might make more sense to sue their parents.

Or, heaven forbid, take responsibility for their own bodies.
