I was waiting for something like this. When the "Heritage Foundation" was mentioned I sighed.....Here we go again.....
What do you want to bet that the Secretary of Defense will be found guilty of endangering American interests by profiteering through Halliburton? ;-)

But OTOH, it may fit into the story fine.
Sec of State Heller is a Republican...the opposite of his son who is a radical lefty.
Audrey Raines (Heller's daughter) is a GOP'er too. Her profile on Fax's web site indicates as much.
The fact that she mentioned the Heritage Foundation doesn't speak badly about conservatives yet. It seems to fit into the story just fine.
Having said that, I will keep an eye out for any any anti-corporate, anti-conservative bias that may crop up in later episodes.
Heritage Foundation would be in context she's the SecDef's daughter and apparently in tune with his politics.
