I usually check in to see what's going on in the morning. This morning I had at least a dozen things I simply HAD to get done today. Business for the Performing Arts Council, Chamber of Commerce Luncheon, plus trying to get Statistical Reports ready before Jan 30. Having to clean house by myself for the reception Sunday. Kathey had all of her upper teeth pulled at once today. She's going to be feeling under the weather for a few days. Wish I could be free to go help her. This is a bummer of a week. But I am so glad Wolfie and Billie put this thread together for you. Nobody deserves our love and appreciation more than you.

Oh, my dear Maggie. I apologize profusely that it has taken me so long to get to your thread. I seem to have contracted some kind of bug in DC and woke up sick as a dog this morning. (I shouldn't be sick, I got a flu shot three weeks ago!) :-(

Through my fever and chills I am working on the Inaugural Ball picture post for tomorrow.....I hope everyone will understand that it's not my best work, but the best I can do under the circumstances.

What a lovely card Billie and Louie have made for you! You are a very special lady, Lady Maggie, and much loved on this forum. You are in my prayers daily.

Billie and Louie, thank you for including my name on Maggie's card. I wish I could have spent more time here today, but it is all I can do to get the post ready for tomorrow.

I still have about three hours ahead of me to finish it up. I want to go to bed so bad, it is all I can do to sit here and keep working on it. :-(
