As I explained, I consider the person and their pattern of behavior and speaking. Biden has a whole litany of bizarre phrasings he often employs ("Hey, man").
I have no doubt if somebody on our side let loose with that ridiculous stream of "Hey, Boss" directed to a black person, they, too, would be accused of racism.
I'm not saying Biden isn't racist...he may be. I'm saying this is not the clear cut evidence in and of itself. Arrogant and condescending and just plain silly, yes.

Perhaps my remarks are not clear. I did not say that Senator Biden is a racist. My post did not, nor was it intended to, present evidence that Senator Biden is a racist. I do not care what his feelings for non-white, below-pay-grade people are.
My point is that a highly qualified, intelligent, gifted person is being traduced by breathtakingly stupid (Boxer, Biden) mediocrities, an unhooded white supremacist (Byrd) and a proven liar whose discomfort with all things American is evident in his every action (Kerry,) with the blessing of the minority party in the Senate of the United States.
Defending Senator Biden from non-existent charges of racism is a distraction, and to me at least, sounds meretricious and not as reasonable as your tone seems to imply.
