No. Everyone in the Senate understands that Joe Biden is a showboat and a blowhard. That's why he'll never really amount to anything. He's all Telly and no Dictionary. Any man, any man on GOD'S GOOD EARTH who would plagiarize from Neil Kinnock, NEIL FREAKING KINNOCK, for God's sake, not only is a flaming butthole but deserves to be horsewhipped in the public square, tarred, feathered, and ridden out of town on a rail.
All he'll ever be is Senate Foreign Relations Committee Ranking Member or, if the Dems ever regain a majority, the Chair. He'll never be Majority Leader. He's an A$$hole. Everybody knows it. You saw it when he did that whole shuck and jive "hey boss" routine as if he were wearing blackface. Kerry's the same way. That's why they're exactly where they ought to be: voting on how to spend other people's money, but doing no greater harm than that.
