If it is reactor coolant, yes.

The systems are designed to contain minor leaks such as this; 75GPM is much less than a deep-well pump for agricultural use produced by a 2-3HP electric motor.

All such incidents are required to be reported and promulgated.

Fear is a fast-growth industry lately.

Yes, the coolant flows within the reactor vessel and is HIGHLY radioactive!
