I never wore that to my prom. Mine was white with a tight feather bodice & full skirt. I thought I looked very fancy, but it so tacky. I laugh at the photos now....it was the 80's....so you know the hair was BIG.

It wouldn't be a prom dress if it weren't tacky :)

I wore mint green, chiffon over taffeta, strapless with ruffles all over the skirt and dyed to match green shoes. My mother added straps. She made the dress as she made all the formals for me and my four sisters. This was way back in the dark ages, 1960. We danced the most wonderful dance to the Great Pretender. I cannot believe I remembeer this!!
