You are missing the point. Completely. The point is that business people hire from the general public. New requirements upon existing employees must be grandfathered in. At the very least.

Please don't misconstrue this suggestion as condoning Weyco's capricious, neanderthal and communistic approach to managing human resources. Not suprising that his background is MSU.

I guess it won't be long before employers require their employees to have telescreens installed in every room of their homes and be fitted with GPS ankle bracelets as a condition of employment. Trust me......one day, employers will adopt "VEGANS ONLY" policy and will fire employees who consume ANYTHING non-vegan (including dairy and eggs).
