That has been bugging me for a long time.

Everything I have read says the 10-year is reacting to structural events, just as the 30-year rallied when the government announced it would cease issuing the 30-year.

The 10 year bond has been trading at the bottom of a range for, frankly, the last three years. I chuckle every time I see the latest "SKY IS FALLING!" alert.
