What's that silly thing I hear people talking about sometimes? The.... oh wait, I know this one... Second Amendment to the United States Constitution? Yeah, that's the one.

NJ should be open carry, as should every other state in the nation. Jefferson himself said that guns are the free man's last defense against government tyranny. Doesn't do anyone much good locked in a damn box.

On a side note, did you know that NJ law doesn't distinguish between a hand gun and a BB gun? Not only might Ralphie shoot his eye out with that thing, but he could also be arrested on weapons charges if he takes a step across the NJ line.
