The original link in the story to the teacher's guide: www.wearefamilyfoundation.org/TEACHERS/Wfc.asp was removed sometime Sunday from the We Are Family Foundation's website after this article was written late Saturday night using quotations from the teacher's guide then available on the web. The link quoted in the story leads to the more benign material.

My blog can be viewed at www.conservativecitizen.blogspot.com if you are interested.

thanks,

***The original link in the story to the teacher's guide: www.wearefamilyfoundation.org/TEACHERS/Wfc.asp was removed sometime Sunday***

I saw this link get pulled!

When I first went to the site the had all kind of stuff for parents and teachers - some of it gay-related. When I went back to copy it POOF! it was gone.

Many of the links for resources led to tolerance.org

I've been looking for a copy of the teaching guide for about an hour. Can't find it anywhere. Did anyone get a screen shot?

To interested parties.

Early Monday morning BykrBayband I were able to recreate the deleted portions of the WeAreFamilyFoundation.org website by pulling files form Google's cache and cross referencing deleted pdf files with files of the same exact name on Tolerance.org.

These are the portions of the site which contained teacher resources and from my brief reading seem to be heavy with gay-agenda material.

This is the site which lists Nickelodeon, Disney, Jim Henson and others as it's sponsors.
http://wearefamilyfoundation.org/Sponsors.asp

The fact that they deleted an entire portion of their website means they know they were caught.

I am appealing for help in getting this information out to a wider audience. Does anyone have contacts with anyone in the conservative media who might pick this up?

I have all the fies (html cache and pdfs) and their roughly about 5 megs. BykrBayb has offered to host them until bandwith issues arise.

How can we publicize this deception????

Interestingly enough, this Tolerance Pledge is from tolerance.org's website, and is apparently encouraged as a recitation [my comments]:

The We Are Family Foundation is pleased to provide Tolerance.org's Declaration of Tolerance, part of the Southern Poverty Law Center's National Campaign for Tolerance

Tolerance is a personal decision that comes from a belief that every person is a treasure [except unborn babies and Christians]. I believe that America's diversity is its strength [as long as everybody agrees with me; otherwise they're ignorant, insensitive bigots]. I also recognize that ignorance, insensitivity and bigotry can turn that diversity into a source of prejudice and discrimination [see?].

To help keep diversity a wellspring of strength and make America a better place for all, I pledge to have respect for people whose abilities, beliefs, culture, race, sexual identity or other characteristics are different from my own [but if their abilities, beliefs, culture, race, sexual identity or other characteristics are different from my own, they are ignorant, insensitive bigots whose views should be outlawed and who should be forced to wholly embrace my perverted views as their own].
