Reminds me of the Simpson's episode where Homer goes to Clown College. While at the table making a tent out of mashed potatoes, Homer looks over at Marge who is saying something to him and he pictures her in a similar outfit to this like a clown going:
"Doo doo doo da doody doody"
Heh heh, I like that part. Then he slams his fist on the table and says, "That's it! You people have stood in my way for long enough. I'm going to Clown College!" Then as he storms away, Bart says, "I don't think any of us expected him to say that."
