I had a medium rare fillet mignon steak last night!
I'm 57. My dad and his dad died at 58 of heart attacks. I've not had meat or chicken since 1991. Last year's body scan showed zero heart disease. I'll stick with the Omega3 in salmon, but I have learned a lesson about eating while broadcasting and trying to quietly swallow without much chewing. Damn the audience. Next time they will hear chewing.
